Do you keep a backup of my website?

Yes, our server runs nightly backups. However, we recommend that you keep a backup of your website on your home or work PC.

At Aussie Web Solutions, our website packages start from as low as $1500. Website pricing depends on the amount of time used to design and custom develop your project.

We offer business-specific products to help keep the cost as minimal as possible, but custom design and/or development work is billed accordingly. What do you use to create your websites?

Aussie Web Solutions build all their website's using the world's most popular Content Management System - WordPress. WordPress offers endless options, out of this world functionality, and will be a perfect solution to your website needs. 

How do I update and maintain my website?

Due to wordPress' popularity, WordPress is known to be user friendly. We can provide basic instructions, a login and screenshots to familiarise yourself with the site dashboard, and handy tips and tricks to make small changes yourself. 

If you would rather us update and maintain your website professionally, we offer monthly maintenance packages designed to save you time and ensure that your website remains on trend, relevant, and functional.

I received a bill. How do I pay it?

To pay your bill at anytime, please log in to the Secured Client Area using your registered email address. From there you are able to view and pay invoices. Our accepted payment methods are:

  • POLi
  • bPay
  • PayPal

What is the 'secure client area'?

Aussie Web Solutions offers a secured client area for all new and existing clients. Log in to the secure client area here, with your registered email address. 
 
Once logged in, you are able to see all your services, view and accept quotes, purchase domains or additional services, update your contact information, contact support and so much more. If you have any questions around your account, please submit a support ticket.

Digital Marketing

How will I know where my adspend is going and the monthly results of my campaign?

Our preference is to have our customers adspend be taken directly from their credit card by Google or Facebook. All our spending and results are transparent; we link your Ads account directly to your analytics and provide monthly performance reports outlining performance, optimisations and recommendations for the next month. 

How specific can my campaign targeting be?

You are able to specify an area as small as 1km radius around locations. You can also target specific demographics, psychographics, geographical areas and behaviour. This is all about understanding your target audience and purchase behaviour. 

Can I track all leads that come from my digital advertising traffic?

We set up tracking for each client that includes click to call, form fills, Social media clicks and more to help us keep track. Leads are reported individually by source, so we can get a feel for what is working for your business, and optimising accordingly.
